From Theory To Practice is a boutique consulting firm established in order to give people the tools to “live their best life ever!" I provide goal setting & achievement guidance, life coaching, vision board workshops for individuals & groups, as well as conflict management and resolution training & resources. What I started to notice was a lot of people know what they want to do in theory but cannot seem to reach their goals so my goal is to provide that assistance to bring the gap "from theory to practice".
